Health, safety, garbage collection and outdoor press personnel are true heroes in this quarantine. For this reason, Oxean supported Arcos Dorados in the launch of the campaign “Heroes on Wheels,” through which the essential workers mentioned above enjoyed a free breakfast by AutoMac.

Internally, we involved collaborators to communicate and spread the initiative. After all, who doesn’t have a “hero on wheels” in their life? Thus, employees were able to invite their “essential” family and / or friends to enjoy the benefit.

We interviewed each of the collaborators who wrote to us through the internal channels of Arcos Dorados to tell the story of their “personal hero,” and we created an emotional video to collect the testimonies.

Micaela, one of the employees who highlighted that her “hero on wheels” is her mother, a surgical nurse, said:

“We find McDonald's initiative incredible. It expresses the gratitude to all the workers who never stopped doing their job, for us.”

As an internal and cross communication agency, we consider it crucial to promote actions to recognize the commitment of those who are giving their all in this pandemic.
