Building a brand through the client’s experience
For Weber it is essential to stay close to its customers, providing innovative solutions and updated information. With this philosophy in mind, at Oxean Group we designed a stand for them to use at Sodimac Big Training Fair for Construction Specialists, held in Tecnópolis.
- An opportunity
For Weber the Fair was an invitation not to be missed –an opportunity to show its leading position in the construction market. The stand was designed with the aim of creating an attractive and dynamic space for the target audience to learn about Weber’s range of products and services.
To that end, we designed a stand with two different areas: a main area and an area called ‘Active Point’ –a concept that identifies Weber as a brand. In the main area, a digital game was used to encourage the audience to choose the Weber product suitable for solving a given problem.
Three female promoters coordinated the action, interacting with the audience, explaining the mechanics of the game and handing out product catalogs. People with specific queries were directed to the ‘Active Point’ area, where Weber representatives provided technical advice.
We also developed the digital game with a user-friendly visual interface where participants were asked to identify, based on their knowledge, which product was suitable for solving the problem.
In designing the Weber stand at the 4th Sodimac Big Training Fair for Construction Specialists held in Tecnópolis, Oxean created a concept and a new way of living an experience that communicated the qualities of a leading brand.
