The fourth edition of the Sustainable Urban Design and Architecture Award – ADUS (for its acronym in Spanish) was jointly organized by Saint-Gobain and the Argentine Federation of Architects’ Associations – (Federación Argentina de Entidades de Arquitectura – FADEA), and sponsored, this time, by the Pan American Federation of Architects’ Associations – (Federación Panamericana de Entidades de Arquitectura – FPAA).
Our challenge: developing a digital platform for contestant entry, visualization, and jury voting.
The Award recognizes students, professionals and organizations that have developed projects aligned with good practices in architecture and urban design.
For the first time, and thanks to the work of Oxean’s team, the entry into the contest, swearing-in and grading were enabled through a digital platform. We came up with an innovating system that will be used in the next editions.
What did we do?
- We created an integrated platform covering all aspects of the Award, from beginning to end.
- Participants can download contest terms and conditions, as well as all participation materials.
- Once registered, participants upload their projects according to the category they fall under.
- The platform features a panel for jury members, where they can visualize and assess different projects.
- We developed a grading system that ranks projects.
- After the process is completed, the top-voted projects and mentions can be easily visualized.
- The organizer can monitor which jury members evaluated the projects and how they graded them.
